Momentum ETFs

Investing basing on the momentum Exchange Traded Funds might be considered difficult. It is an investment strategy based on the buying of stocks that have had high returns recently (the past three to twelve months) and selling those that have had low returns. Those ETFs rebalance their portfolio based on the highest returns of various indices during last months. Momentum ETFs may hold positions for a few days, weeks or months, depending on their strategy. The basic rule is that the momentum ETFs should invest according to the movement of a trend, not against it.
