The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of investment-grade municipal bonds issued in the State of New York. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P New York AMT-Free Municipal Bond IndexTM, which measures the performance of the investment-grade segment of the New York municipal bond market. It generally invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index and generally invests 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index and in securities that provide substantially similar exposure to the securities in the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
