Description: The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of a high yield corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2019 Index. The High Yield 2019 Index is a rules-based index comprised of, as of August 31, 2014, approximately 184 high yield corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2019. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities that are components of the index. It will invest at least 80% of its net assets in high yield securities ("junk bonds"). The fund is non-diversified.
