Description: Crocs, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes casual lifestyle footwear, apparel, and accessories for men, women, and children in the Americas, the Asia Pacific region, Japan, and Europe. Its footwear products include boots, sandals, sneakers, mules, and flats; flips and clogs; leather, canvas, cork, and wood fashionable wedge silhouettes; casual canvas loafers; and products for golfers, as well as charms. The company sells its products through the United States and international retailers and distributors, as well as directly to consumers through its company-operated retail stores, outlets, kiosks, and Web stores in approximately 90 countries. As of December 31, 2013, it operated 327 retail stores; 122 kiosks and store-in-stores; 170 outlet stores; and 43 company-operated Internet Web stores. The company was founded in 1999
