Description: The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that, under normal conditions, will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the exchange-listed common stocks of select companies organized in the U.S. and included in the S&P Composite 1500® ("Companies"). The S&P Composite 1500 is a combination of the following indices: the S&P 500®, the S&P MidCap 400® and the S&P SmallCap 600®. It will invest in Companies within each of the large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap U.S. equity market segments (each a "Market Segment").
